How do I use a reed diffuser? Place the reeds in the bottle and allow 24 hours for the fragrance to travel up the reeds. Flip the reeds every 1-2 weeks for a stronger scent.

How long does a diffuser last? Our standard diffusers last 2–3 months depending on room size and reed count. Travel diffusers last approximately 4–6 weeks.

Can I reorder the same scent? Yes! All our scents are available year-round. You can shop by scent name directly in our collection.

Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes, all orders are beautifully packaged. For special occasions, contact us and we'll add a personalised note.

How do I track my order? You can track your order using your tracking code on the Track Order page, or log in to your account to view order status.
