Lagos Delivery Orders within Lagos are delivered within 1–3 business days.

Other States Delivery to other states takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Free Delivery Enjoy free delivery on all orders over ₦20,000.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking code once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Aurachell purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's what you need to know:

Eligibility Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are: - Unopened and in original packaging - Undamaged and unused

How to Return Contact us at hello@aurachell.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions We cannot accept returns on opened or used diffusers for hygiene reasons. Damaged items caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
